Original flyer for the LANDWACHT NEDERLAND, which became increasingly notorious for its misconduct towards the civilian population as the war progressed.

The Landwachters were later given the nickname “JAN HAGEL”, because, due to shortages of military weapons, they were often equipped with shotguns.
