Fundraising Label from the Eastern Front

Original unused sealing label of the Netherlands Ambulance.

“Countrymen, support the Netherlands Ambulance in the East.”

The purpose of this sealing label was to raise funds for the Netherlands Ambulance for the medical care of Dutch volunteers in the Waffen-SS on the Eastern Front.

Note: Opponents joked that it looked as if the vehicle was driving into an abyss!!
