Fight for Amsterdam

Original poster made by the well-known artist MANCHE, who designed several posters of this type.

Around mid-1944 a major propaganda campaign by the NSB took place in Amsterdam with the slogan:
“Our nationalism, your salvation.”

Adhesive strips with this slogan are also known.

Dimensions: approximately 55 × 79.5 cm.

Very fine condition. Unfolded.

NB: the legionnaire is depicted with a Wolfsangel on his collar patch, which was no longer worn in 1944.
