A Signature from the Noordoostpolder

NAF Membership Booklet 1944 – Signed by A.C. Houdijk

Original, unused membership booklet for members of the Nederlandsch Arbeidsfront (NAF), issued for 1944.

The booklet bears the original handwritten signature of A.C. Houdijk, who from August 1942 served as Sonderbeauftragter für die Zuiderzeewerken im Nord-Ost-Polder.

A particularly nice and interesting example, combining an original NAF document with the signature of a senior official involved in the Zuiderzee Works and the development of the Noordoostpolder during the occupation.
