This welfare organisation was established on July 28, 1941, as a sister organisation of WINTERHULP and had strong National Socialist characteristics. Through this organisation, the Germans attempted to increase their influence over all forms of social welfare, including dental care, children’s holiday programmes and clothing assistance.
