NSB key figures handing out a sports prize

Opperheerbanleider H.C. van ‘t Hof hands out the prize to the winner of the day. He was the ‘number 2’, of the WA, after Zondervan.
At the far right, J.E. Feenstra, was executed after the war for his role in the WA / NSB.
