Street Fight & Slogans – NSB vs NSNAP

NSB Disapproved This 1941 Image

In the summer of 1941, a fierce struggle raged between the NSB and NSNAP. It was fought not only through propaganda slogans (as seen in this photo) but also in physical fights. The propaganda leader of the NSB, Ernst Voorhoeve, naturally disapproved of this photo from the opposing party, which is why such moments became hardly known.

Large format: 18 × 24 cm

Unique photo.

Very rare!!

Note: interesting detail: On the right, a woman cycles past a lamppost with two wide rings attached. These helped people orient themselves at night due to blackout regulations. Parts of curbs were also painted white.
