NSB Postcard from Pre-1940 Era

Very fine postcard with a speaker giving the NSB (Hitler?) salute with an outstretched arm. The words "HOU ZEE" can faintly be seen on the front of the speaker's podium.

This photo was likely taken before May 1940, as part of Queen Wilhelmina's portrait is visible at the bottom. See the yellow circle in the detail photo.
